One of our key goals is to ensure we are always an inclusive business that creates equal and fair opportunities for all of our employees. We appreciate the different needs of our employees and strive to offer personalised support to help them to meet their full potential.
We strive to actively look past prejudice, stereotypes and bias to see the potential of people who represent a large portion of our society. This helps to change businesses, our society and communities for the better.
Here at Solution One, we are striving to reduce the impact
we have on our environment. Solution One, our partners, our
use of products and resources are carefully monitored to
ensure our services and processes are reducing our carbon
footprint.
As part of our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), our social value initiative is in place where we collaborate with employment agencies to recruit employees who have been out of employment for a significant period.
These exceptional individuals may have been out of employment for reasons which could include lack of opportunities, job loss/redundancies, imprisonment, impacted by mental health, or through other personal circumstances.
These individuals are hand picked and vetted by ourselves. We support our employees with re-entering into society and the workforce through offering employment. Our initiatives provide access to personalised training and mentorship during their time with the company and beyond. We aim to help improve personal skills and employability, with a view to improving long-term social outcomes, mental health and wellbeing.
